Terms of Service

Nutzungsbedingungen für den conquer Monitor (TikTok-Anbindung). Stand: 21.10.2026

1. Provider

conquer Monitor is operated by CONQUER Media GmbH, Wiesenstraße 72a-c, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany (“conquer”).

2. Service

conquer Monitor allows clients of conquer to connect their TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit. conquer then reads profile information, account statistics and public video statistics in order to provide performance reports and dashboards to the client. The service is read-only; it does not publish, edit or delete any content.

3. Who may use it

The service is intended for businesses and organisations that have an agency relationship with conquer. You may only connect a TikTok account that you own or are authorised to manage. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service.

4. Consent and disconnection

Access is granted only through TikTok's own authorization dialog. You can withdraw access at any time via the “Disconnect” button, in the TikTok app settings, or by e-mail to info@cnqr.de.

5. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

The service depends on TikTok's APIs and may be changed or interrupted at any time. conquer is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Statistics are provided as delivered by TikTok without warranty of completeness.

7. Changes and governing law

conquer may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Düsseldorf.
