Datenschutzerklärung für den conquer Monitor (TikTok-Anbindung). Stand: 21.10.2026

2. What this service does
conquer Monitor lets clients of conquer connect their TikTok account so that conquer can report on the performance of the account (monthly reports and an internal performance dashboard). The service only reads data. It never posts, comments, sends messages or changes anything on your TikTok account.
3. Data we process
After you log in with TikTok and approve the permissions, we receive from TikTok:
- user.info.basic: open ID, display name, profile picture
- user.info.profile: username, bio, profile link, verified status
- user.info.stats: follower count, following count, total likes, number of videos
- video.list: your public videos with ID, date, caption/title, duration, cover image link, share link, views, likes, comments and shares
- Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, so the data can be updated automatically
We do not receive your TikTok password, private messages, or data about your followers.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data exclusively to create performance reports and dashboards for you as our client (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – performance of our agency contract) and on the basis of your consent given in the TikTok authorization dialog (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We do not sell the data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the processors listed below.
5. Storage and processors
Tokens and account identifiers are stored with our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA; EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Report data is processed on conquer systems in Germany. TikTok's own processing is governed by TikTok's privacy policy.
6. Server logs
When you visit this website, our hosting provider Netlify automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). These logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period and are not combined with other data.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep the data as long as the connection exists and as long as we produce reports for you. You can disconnect at any time using the "Disconnect" button shown after connecting, by removing "conquer - Monitor" in your TikTok app under Settings › Security › Apps and services permissions, or by e-mail to info@cnqr.de. When you disconnect, we revoke the access token and delete the stored tokens immediately; report data derived from it is deleted within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.
8. Cookies
We only set one technically necessary cookie ("tt_state") for up to 15 minutes during login to protect against cross-site request forgery. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 15–21 GDPR, Art. 7 (3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen. Contact: info@cnqr.de.
